You need to buy a yogurt that has no sugar or other flavorings (including vanilla) and says “With active cultures”.

It helps because the lactobacillus in the yogurt helps restore the balance of organisms in your vagina, while the pH (how acidic it is… your vagina should be about as acidic as a glass of wine) is about where your vagina should be at.

A lot of people suggest putting it on a tampon. Personally I do NOT recommend this, as the fibers in the tampon will irritate the tender tissues of your vagina. You can buy applicators for vaginal creams at the drugstore, or just kind of wodge it in there with clean hands or a small spoon. I’ve heard of women making little yogurtsicles by freezing yogurt in molds made out of tampon holders or the fingers of rubber gloves but it just sounds like that’d be very painful to insert.

Do it once or twice a day. It’ll work its own way out, so doing it at night may be more beneficial.

Does anyone have a dairy computer program?

Question by berri_shaker: Does anyone have a dairy computer program?
I am looking for a computer program for a dairy manufacturing plant. It has to incompass inventory, sales etc. Basically all aspects of the business. I would also like for it to have a feature for the laboratory. This program has to have a reasonable price on it as we are just starting out. It must have efficient recall options with it to make it easier to recall products with certain ingredients.

What is the price of Holstein Friesian dairy cattle ?

Question by Nemanja S: What is the price of Holstein Friesian dairy cattle ?
I live on Balkan and I would like to buy 40 of those, but from a relevant breeding place in Europe (recognized among the farmers). Can you tell me what is the best place to look for, and what would the price be per cow, approximately at least??? Thanks

Answer by Lindsay
Last year I raised a dairy heifer (Holstein), she was about six months old and I sold her to Marquez dairy for $ 107. She was top of the line, however, wining first in her class at the Orange County Fair. An average dairy heifer, especially bought in bulk would cost about half that, depending on age and quality. Good luck with the cows!!

P.S. Dairy cows are amazing animals…They are extremely curious and have distinct personality. =) I love them a whole lot!
